Enrollment Specialist – Contractor, Incentive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct outbound calls to qualifying patients.

• Inform patients about the advantages of our CCM, RPM, BHI, and APCM programs.

• Perform eligibility assessments and facilitate patient enrollments.

• Ensure accurate documentation of patient interactions.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.

• Provide outstanding customer service while adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred experience in outbound calling, customer service, sales, patient outreach, or healthcare.

• Exceptional verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• Proficient in navigating multiple computer systems while conversing with patients.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is advantageous.

• Healthcare experience is preferred but not mandatory.
