This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Engage in proactive outreach to potential program participants, managing a structured referral queue with professionalism and consistency.
• Present the program using clear, easily understandable language — highlighting tangible benefits without clinical terminology or excessive complexity.
• Establish rapport with older adults, including those who may be hesitant, confused, or reluctant to engage.
• Address common concerns and objections proactively with warmth and assurance.
• Secure all necessary verbal consents in the correct order — consent documentation is a critical compliance requirement; scheduling cannot proceed without it.
• Collect essential patient information during outreach calls and accurately record it in real-time across relevant systems.
• Complete and document a clinical intake questionnaire with prospective patients interested in enrolling in the program.
• Coordinate and schedule the patient's initial clinical appointment following successful enrollment.
• Accurately document all required information in real-time during and immediately after each patient call.
• Adhere to all consent and compliance protocols without exception — consent requirements must be strictly followed regardless of volume pressure or time constraints.
• Consistently, accurately, and thoroughly log all outcomes and pertinent patient details in program systems.
• Respond constructively to quality reviews, call coaching, and performance feedback — structured coaching is an essential and regular aspect of this role.
• Candidates must be located in Alberta, Canada and authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship.
• Experience in remote work with a proven track record of self-directed performance.
• At least 1 year of patient-facing healthcare experience (e.g., roles in medical clinic front office, patient registration, care coordination, enrollment, or telehealth outreach).
• Demonstrated outbound sales, conversion, or telephonic outreach experience.
• Proven ability to handle objections and close deals in a high-volume call environment.
• Capacity to maintain energy, friendliness, and professionalism throughout a full day of consecutive calls.
• Comfortable and effective in engaging with older adults, including those who may be skeptical or difficult to reach.
• Proficient in navigating multiple systems simultaneously during a live call — multi-screen proficiency is essential.
• Compliance-oriented — understanding the importance of process gates and not cutting corners under pressure.
• Metric-oriented mindset — tracks personal performance and follows through independently.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Builder mentality — identifying gaps, filling them, and documenting the process for others to replicate.
• Agile and adaptable — thrives in ambiguity and views a fast-changing environment as an opportunity rather than a challenge.
• Tech-savvy — adept at navigating multiple platforms during a live call; quick to learn new tools and disciplined about real-time documentation.
• Resilient problem-solver — proactive in finding solutions without waiting for ideal conditions.
• Low ego, high output — comfortable with detailed work while also engaging credibly in strategic discussions.
• Competitive Hourly Rate
• 100% Remote / No Travel Required
• 2 Weeks Accrued Vacation Per Year
• Holiday Pay for all Statutory Holidays, with Premium Pay for Holiday Hours Worked
