Enrollment Services System Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Vermont.

📋 Description

• Oversee the strategic direction and operational efficiency of provider enrollment activities with government and commercial payors throughout the health system.

• Ensure prompt and precise enrollment to uphold revenue cycle integrity, minimize reimbursement delays, and decrease write-offs related to enrollment inaccuracies.

• Lead a structured team that includes a Lead Enrollment Specialist along with Commercial and Government Enrollment Specialists.

• Collaborate closely with Revenue Cycle, Billing, Contracting, and operational leaders to enhance enrollment workflows and boost financial results.

• Work in partnership with system and hospital leadership to streamline facility credentialing and enrollment procedures across various entities.

• Guarantee alignment, standardization, and compliance while catering to local operational requirements.

• Act as a vital liaison between enrollment, facility operations, and downstream revenue cycle processes, fostering measurable improvements in reimbursement performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is required.

• CPES or a comparable certification is preferred.

• At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector, including:

• - Required experience in provider enrollment.

• - Strongly preferred experience in facility credentialing/enrollment.

• - Strongly preferred experience in revenue cycle or professional billing.

• A minimum of 3 years of previous leadership or management experience is required.
