Enrollment & Reconciliation Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough medication reconciliation by reviewing and comparing patient medication profiles between the Eirene platform and each client’s Electronic Health Record (EHR).

• Identify and address discrepancies, including duplications, omissions, or inconsistencies in dosing.

• Collaborate with pharmacists, providers, and care teams to confirm changes.

• Maintain and update participant photo records for Medication Administration Cycle (MAC) programs.

• Generate and distribute monthly Medication Administration Records (MARs) according to client-specific requests and schedules.

• Ensure accuracy prior to distribution and manage delivery coordination.

• Perform detailed reconciliation of Schedule II controlled substances.

• Keep accurate documentation and support audit readiness through consistent tracking and reporting.

• Supervise and maintain the Long-Term Care (LTC) dashboard within the Eirene system.

• Provide regular and ad hoc status updates to clients.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 3 years of pharmacy technician experience is preferred.

• Must be registered or eligible to register with the appropriate State Board of Pharmacy within 60 days of hire.

• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

• Excellent typing/data entry accuracy with good speed.

• Strong computer skills to navigate proprietary and other pharmacy software.

• Strong listening and reading comprehension skills.

• Knowledge of clinical terms and their implications.

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
