This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +12 more states.
• Accountable for guiding prospective students from their initial inquiry through to registration/matriculation and ultimately becoming university students.
• Must be at ease with having phone activity and overall performance evaluated.
• Employ consultative sales methodologies to assist students and address any objections.
• Act as the main contact for prospective students, aiding them in navigating the enrollment process while delivering exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.
• Articulate the University’s distinctive value proposition in an engaging and personalized manner to all prospective students.
• Provide guidance to prospective students on appropriate programs aligned with their goals and experience.
• Clearly convey program requirements to prospective students.
• Establish and maintain an accurate roster of prospective students in the CRM to facilitate outreach record management.
• Offer regular insights to the Enrollment team regarding challenges, inquiries, and obstacles faced by students.
• Collaborate as part of the team dedicated to recruiting and enrolling students.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in admissions, coaching, customer experience, or sales.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with a varied group of stakeholders.
• Experience in maintaining precise records in a CRM or other student databases.
• Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative to achieve enrollment objectives.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Comfortable with being evaluated based on enrollment targets and performance metrics.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic, growing, and evolving organization.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Familiarity with consultative sales techniques.
