Enrollment Advisor I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively connect with prospective students through phone, text, and email during all phases of the enrollment process.

• Establish rapport and assist students with initial enrollment steps, collaborating with Enrollment Specialists until the students' first class begins.

• Precisely record all interactions and updates in Salesforce.

• Oversee the entire “Inquiry to Enrollment” process.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of university policies, programs, and admissions criteria.

• Offer tailored guidance to enable students to make well-informed educational choices.

• Exhibit professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding student service.

• Keep up-to-date knowledge of university, college, and program specifics through training and assessments.

• Work effectively as a team player.

• Efficiently manage various systems to process student applications.

• Comply with attendance, punctuality, and scheduling expectations.

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• Experience in a team-oriented setting.

• Familiarity with call center software.

• Previous experience in education or consultative sales is preferred.

• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and technologies, including CRM, SIS, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, diverse, and evolving environment.

• Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving.

• Ability to cultivate collaborative relationships with colleagues, functional partners, and external stakeholders.
