This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uzbekistan.

📋 Description

• Professionally handle phone calls while adhering to the interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be prepared to take notes during calls.

• Familiarity with specific terminology within the interpretation field, particularly in the medical and healthcare sectors.

• Accurately and completely convey all information without adding, omitting, or altering content.

• Deliver the highest level of customer service throughout the translation process.

• Facilitate communication between clients with limited English proficiency and others through precise and comprehensive translations.

• Comply with industry operational standards.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Eager to obtain new professional certifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in the source language (English) and a native speaker of the target language (Uzbek).

• Over 1 year of telephone interpretation experience at a reputable translation company.

• Strong knowledge of medical terminology.

• Preference given to those with legal terminology knowledge.

• International certifications in the medical field are preferred (e.g., PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA, etc.).

• High school diploma in the native language.

• High emotional intelligence and tolerance for diverse cultures.

• Excellent communication, listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.
