English to Arabic Patent Translator/LQA Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Translate and review patent-related materials from English to Arabic, ensuring the original meaning is conveyed in a clear and comprehensible manner.

• Maintain stylistic appropriateness for the client’s needs.

• Adhere to the translation process and follow instructions for the use of CAT tools.

• Communicate effectively and respond promptly in English.

• Conduct translation and LQA review tasks for patent content in the fields of Mechanics, Computer Science, and Chemistry.

• Successfully complete a translation test based on an invitation prior to approval.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native fluency in Arabic.

• A degree in linguistics, translation, or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in translating and/or editing patent documents.

• Proficiency in CAT tools, particularly XTM and JIRA.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Good availability and quick response times.

• Immediate availability for the patent translation project.

• Ability to communicate and respond promptly in English.

• Successful completion of a translation test.
