English-Polish OPI/VRI Interpreter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages without adding, omitting, or substituting any information.

• Deliver the highest standard of customer service during interpretation sessions.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and Clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Adhere to dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional remote interpreters are preferred.

• Willingness to pursue new professional certifications.

• Always be prepared to take notes during calls.

• Familiarity with the specific vocabulary related to the healthcare and medical fields is essential.

• Must use a noise-cancelling, wired headset with a built-in microphone (no wireless/Bluetooth headphones permitted).
