This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Namibia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Ensure effective communication between English speakers and those who do not speak English during calls.

• Respond to calls in a courteous and professional manner.

• Document notes during calls as necessary.

• Accurately convey all messages without omissions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpretation process.

• Support communication between clients and individuals with limited English proficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in German and English.

• Capacity to comply with the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Familiarity with specialized vocabulary in healthcare and medical sectors.

• Willingness to participate in internal professional training.

• Desire to pursue additional professional certifications.

• Adherence to technical specifications for a home office setup.
