Engineering Team Lead – Fleet Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +7 more countries.

📋 Description

• Develop the delivery pipeline in Go to manage provisioning, configuration, validation, burn-in, network initiation, and software stack installation.

• Assemble a new team from the ground up, make initial hires, onboard and mentor engineers, and oversee their performance and development paths.

• Create tooling standards and a reusable playbook for upcoming datacenter locations.

• Take ownership of and consistently decrease the time from hardware installation to customer workloads acceptance.

• Collaborate with Hardware Design and Fleet Health teams to ensure delivery reliability.

• Oversee GPU fleets at scale, including H100 and GB200-class nodes, InfiniBand, and RoCE fabrics.

• Work in conjunction with Product Managers and the datacenter organization to strategize delivery phases based on capacity commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in automating bare-metal fleets and converting racks into clusters.

• Strong hardware knowledge, including servers, GPUs, NICs, switches, firmware, parts lists, and topology diagrams.

• Over 8 years of experience in building backend or infrastructure systems.

• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role, including hiring, mentoring, and developing engineers.

• Extensive expertise in Linux systems.

• Experience in delivering production systems using Go.

• Willingness to travel to datacenter sites as necessary.
