This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Actively seek out candidates for engineering, manufacturing, and skilled trades positions.
• Develop and sustain a robust, active pipeline of candidates.
• Recruit for a variety of technical positions, such as Controls / Automation Technicians and Welders.
• Perform high-volume phone and video interviews to screen candidates.
• Assess candidates for their skills and cultural fit.
• Engage in discussions and negotiations regarding compensation with candidates.
• Guide candidates through the interview and placement processes.
• Utilize various tools to enhance speed and efficiency in recruiting.
• Consistently achieve or surpass KPIs related to outreach, submissions, interviews, placements, and starts.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a recruiter in a staffing agency.
• Experience in recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, or skilled trade positions.
• Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, KPI-focused environment.
• Strong familiarity with recruitment technology, including ATS platforms with API integrations, texting platforms, and AI-assisted sourcing and workflow tools.
• Comfortable with outreach through phone, text, and digital channels.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
