This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Design, develop, and scale our core systems (C#/.NET, MS SQL) into resilient, containerized services on Linux/Kubernetes.
• Aim to reduce internal technical complexity while enhancing stability, resilience, and maintainability to boost long-term productivity.
• Make informed architectural and platform decisions and promote technical standards (modularization, interfaces, security, Infrastructure as Code).
• Offer technical support to Product Managers during the discovery and prioritization phases, clearly explaining complex technical subjects.
• Enhance and optimize CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps) while implementing clean code practices, conducting code reviews, and automating tests (unit & system tests) with a clear shift-left approach.
• Improve development speed (time-to-market) by achieving shorter development cycles and more frequent, reliable deployments, with the goal of enabling production releases at any time.
• Ensure effective knowledge management and systematic transfer of expertise within the team.
• Proven experience in integrating new technologies and digital solutions to enhance processes and competitiveness.
• Strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of AI in a business environment.
• Several years of experience with C#/.NET or similar programming languages, along with a background in leading developers technically.
• Proficient in handling scalable database systems (MS SQL, PostgreSQL) and modern backend architectures (modular services).
• Ideally skilled in Angular (v15+) and RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker/Kubernetes, fully automated deployments, and Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform).
• Comfortable working with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and automated tests (unit & system tests).
• Willingness to embrace new technologies.
• Proficient in English (at least C1) and German (at least B2).
• Participate in events such as team activities, summer parties, and regular offsites to strengthen team cohesion and encourage cross-site collaboration.
