Engineering Manager, Tax

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Lead and develop the team.

• Take ownership of the tax engine roadmap alongside your PM and tax leaders.

• Create the system that constructs the engine.

• Minimum of 2 years as an engineering manager, overseeing teams of 5 or more.

• Manager-first mentality.

• Practical technical background in intricate domains.

• Proven skill in connecting engineering with non-engineering fields.

• A strong commitment to operational excellence.

• Real-world experience in holding individuals accountable.

• Proficiency in AI technologies.

• Bonus: experience in developing or managing a rules engine, calculation engine, or similar systems.
