Engineering Manager, Smart Signals

📋 Description

• Take charge of 1:1 meetings, performance evaluations, career growth, and recruitment efforts.

• Lead sprint planning while balancing scope, urgency, and quality considerations.

• Maintain expertise in the signals stack to evaluate designs thoroughly.

• Advocate for Smart Signals in technical discussions with various teams.

• Collaborate with Engineering Leadership and Product teams on prioritizing the roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience leading a team of 8-10 engineers.

• Experience in building or managing production backend services at scale.

• Proven track record of consistently delivering products on time.

• Hands-on experience collaborating with Product Managers and data partners.
