This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.

• EMs will closely collaborate with Product and Design teams to convert strategy into functional software, ensure operational excellence, and achieve measurable business results.
• Over 8 years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• A demonstrated history of delivering production software at scale in a dynamic environment.
• Strong foundational knowledge in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Proven experience in building and scaling high-throughput production APIs or services.
• Capability to remain engaged with the code, evaluate architecture, assess trade-offs, and assist engineers without needing to be the primary coder.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and enhance delivery velocity across various initiatives.
• Prior experience in recruiting and developing top-performing engineers.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities when working cross-functionally with Product & Design.
