This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii.
• We are looking for an Engineering Manager to empower our engineering team through outstanding technical guidance and effective people management.
• Oversee a group of engineers to develop, scale, and maintain impactful consumer-oriented applications.
• Utilize extensive full-stack (FE/BE) development experience to guarantee technical excellence across our platforms.
• As a pivotal contributor to our engineering culture, uphold a high performance standard to advance Rula's goal of making mental healthcare accessible to everyone.
• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Proven history of delivering production software at scale in a dynamic environment.
• Strong technical foundation in web application architecture, APIs, and cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated capability to drive accountability and enhance delivery speed across multiple projects.
• Previous experience in hiring and nurturing high-performing engineers.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, working cross-functionally with Product & Design teams.
