Engineering Manager, Mobile

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Mentoring and developing engineering teams.

• Engaging in the scheduling of products.

• Facilitating agile ceremonies.

• Coaching, mentoring, and onboarding new members of the engineering team.

• Identifying upcoming technical requirements.

• Offering feedback and guidance for professional growth.

• Recruiting engineers for development squads.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience managing a team of Software Engineers.

• More than 5 years of overall development experience, preferably with TypeScript, Node.js, and React.

• Proven experience in promoting the use of AI-powered tools and workflows.

• Extensive expertise in distributed and data-oriented application development, as well as SaaS.

• Experience in planning and leading development initiatives for large-scale projects.

• Prior experience in leading and mentoring teams.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in leading Agile and Scrum ceremonies.

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

• Authorized to work legally in the United States.
