This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Convert the company's strategic goals into specific, actionable objectives for the team.

• Identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement, ensuring the team aligns with business requirements.

• Direct complex projects, monitor performance metrics, and eliminate obstacles for the team.

• Assess and enhance workflows to boost team efficiency.

• Maintain ongoing collaboration with Product Managers (PMs), Designers, and other relevant stakeholders.

• Organize and oversee the team's resource distribution, balancing workloads and individual capabilities.
