• Develop and enhance alan.com, a high-traffic platform.

• Activate all acquisition channels to drive both organic and paid traffic.

• Create seamless conversion experiences for prospects transitioning to members.

• Work collaboratively with the Marketing, Sales, Research, and Product teams.

• Over 6 years of experience in software engineering.

• Proven experience in leading a team.

• Strong background in building and deploying web applications.

• Proficient in English.

• Understanding of conversion funnels and marketing metrics.
