This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Lead and nurture a team of 5-8 engineers with varying levels of experience.

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations, and career development strategies.

• Collaborate with Product Management and Design teams to establish and execute the team roadmap.

• Foster technical excellence through code reviews and architectural direction.

• Cultivate a high-performing team culture centered on collaboration and professional growth.

• Oversee team delivery, eliminate obstacles, and guarantee successful project execution.

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.

• Engage in on-call rotations and lead incident response efforts as necessary.

• Balance direct technical contributions with team empowerment.

• A minimum of 5 years in software development, including at least 2 years in a management role.

• Demonstrated capability in leading and developing engineering teams.

• Strong technical expertise with the ability to offer architectural insights.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and delivery management.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven history of building inclusive, high-performing teams.

• Skill in navigating uncertainty and providing clarity for your team.

• Experience managing remote teams and facilitating asynchronous collaboration.
