Engineering Manager, Fulfillment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of engineers.

• Establish project priorities and deliverables aimed at optimizing fulfillment systems.

• Collaborate with product managers, operations, and algorithms teams to enhance fulfillment processes.

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of systems.

• Initiate efforts to modernize fulfillment systems and streamline workflows.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on team progress.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience with warehouse management systems, order management systems, or comparable solutions.

• 1-2 years of experience in managing high-performing engineering teams.

• Demonstrated success in delivering impactful, customer-centric solutions that align with business goals.

• Extensive practical experience with popular programming languages such as Golang, Java, or similar.

• Experience in leading distributed teams across various time zones is a significant advantage.
