Engineering Manager – Employee Spend

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Denmark.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Product Lead and Product Managers to establish a clear vision and direction for your group of product teams.

• Directly oversee, mentor, and manage Engineers (and Tech Leads).

• Assess, implement, and integrate modern AI development tools and methodologies into the team's daily operations.

• Foster a customer-centric, solution-oriented approach while maintaining high standards for clean, high-quality, and scalable software delivery.

• Continuously enhance the environment, tools, and processes for product development.

• Represent engineering in significant initiatives and projects within the department or across the organization.

• Design the organizational structure, set clear objectives, and uphold high standards in people, delivery, and technology.
