Engineering Manager, Data – LATAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the platform that manages over 1 petabyte of intelligence products.

• Develop the next generation of foundational AI architecture for blockchain intelligence infrastructure.

• Achieve a 10x increase in the speed of delivering intelligence models.

• Lead and recruit for two sub-teams that cover data infrastructure to delivery.

• Establish the technical direction for production systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, including at least 4 years in direct people management.

• Proficient in Python and SQL; experienced with BigQuery, Airflow, data lake architecture, and serving layers.

• Must have managed production systems at scale, including customer-facing data products, APIs, or decisioning engines.

• An active daily user of AI tools to enhance development processes.

• Demonstrate sound judgment in technological investments and decisions.
