📋 Description

• Lead a team of engineers who are responsible for the digital infrastructure of Redfin.

• Spearhead the architecture for edge services and internal networking solutions.

• Collaborate effectively with teams from Cloud Governance, SEO, Platform, and InfoSec.

• Create a team charter, establish business metrics, and develop quarterly roadmaps.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a formal engineering management position.

• At least 5 years of experience with AWS networking and edge delivery services.

• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Spacelift.

• Familiarity with cloud observability platforms is essential.
