Engineering Manager – Banking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision, roadmaps, prioritization, and technical architecture for banking services that facilitate the ingestion and processing of bank data.

• Serve as a hands-on leader, guiding the team to operate efficiently.

• Enable your team to tackle and resolve complex problems comprehensively while maintaining engineering excellence.

• Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience as a Software Engineer.

• More than 3 years of experience in managing or leading teams.

• Background in banking or a related domain.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-impact production services.

• Capability to analyze data deeply, approach problems from first principles, and achieve optimal results.

• Experience in managing a high-functioning remote team with a degree of autonomy.

• Proficiency in Golang is a plus.
