This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 7 engineers.

• Take ownership of sprint health and ensure delivery consistency.

• Set and uphold engineering performance standards.

• Spearhead the engineering team's shift towards AI-first development.

• Act as a key contributor in shaping company-wide AI policies.

• Facilitate technical discussions and ensure sound architectural decisions.

• Collaborate effectively across Product, CX, Sales, Marketing, and Music Affairs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in software engineering.

• Minimum of 3 years in an engineering management position.

• Demonstrated ability as a coach and mentor.

• Experience guiding a team through the adoption of AI tools, including establishing standards and onboarding team members to new workflows.

• Proven track record of enhancing team delivery and elevating engineering quality.

• Strong hands-on technical skills.

• Proactive approach with a strong emphasis on collaboration.

• Excellent communication skills: able to write clearly, provide direct feedback, and translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
