Engineering Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop the TASKI engineering team.

• Establish clear performance benchmarks and nurture a culture of service excellence.

• Oversee recruitment efforts and facilitate the onboarding process for new team members.

• Identify growth opportunities and formulate development plans for team members.

• Manage team performance and effectively resolve conflicts.

• Align resources to meet business objectives and fulfill customer commitments.

• Take ownership of team performance, outcomes, and results.

• Collaborate with Planning teams to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Advocate for and oversee remote diagnostics and remote resolution solutions.

• Source and manage contractors to meet OTIF and quality standards.

• Monitor stock levels and reorder points at Amber Park.

• Assist the Technical Customer Service Lead with both operational and technical tasks.

• Coordinate with Global Technical Support to convey and educate the team on technical updates, new products, and spare parts information.

• Analyze KPIs, budgets, and business performance metrics.

• Execute action plans aimed at driving continuous improvement.
