This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-performing team of engineers specializing in computer vision and machine learning.
• Promote a culture of technical excellence, accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Take ownership of the business outcomes for the Computer Vision team, aligning technical investments with the company's goals.
• Define and implement the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for computer vision capabilities.
• Collaborate with Product and stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, set success metrics, and drive measurable impact.
• Lead architectural design, system design, and technical direction for scalable and reliable computer vision and machine learning solutions.
• Conduct technical reviews, guide engineering best practices, and ensure high-quality execution.
• Oversee the complete ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous enhancement.
• Collaborate with Hardware and Firmware teams to optimize solutions for embedded and edge computing platforms.
• Establish high engineering standards through code reviews, design reviews, testing, and operational best practices.
• Direct incident response, root cause analysis, and reliability improvements for production systems.
• Participate in and oversee on-call operations to maintain system reliability and service availability.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in leading and developing engineering teams.
• Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and drive execution through effective prioritization, delegation, and stakeholder management.
• Over 8 years of experience in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields, with a proven history of delivering production-grade systems.
• Strong technical expertise in computer vision, machine learning, system design, and software engineering.
• Experience in driving technical strategy, architecture, and business outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Proven experience in building, deploying, and operating ML systems in production, including edge AI environments and modern MLOps practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related technical field is required.
• A Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related discipline is preferred.
