📋 Description

• Initially supervise a team of 6 direct reports, including Backend Engineers and Subject Matter Experts.

• Responsible for mentoring and developing team members to ensure timely project delivery.

• Establish and uphold high-quality standards, leading teams to create significant impact for Enfuce and its clientele.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Senior Leadership to guarantee effective execution of tasks.

• Motivate teams by exemplifying the core values of Enfuce.

• Advocate for engineering excellence by fostering observability, automation, and robust DevOps practices.

• Proven experience in leading and managing high-performing engineers in a distributed setting.

• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining reliable backend systems, preferably using Java (Spring Boot) on AWS.

• Experience in managing systems with strict SLAs, as well as a focus on observability and traceability.

• Exceptional communication skills in English, with the capability to align teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders.

• A curious nature and a growth mindset, particularly regarding the card issuing and payments sector.
