• Take ownership of delivery commitments and assist teams in realistic work planning

• Utilize metrics to enhance transparency and inform decision-making

• Promote healthy on-call practices, retrospectives, and post-incident evaluations

• Collaborate with fellow Engineering Managers

• Strong foundation in software engineering

• Several years of experience in technical leadership and people management

• Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing engineering teams

• Delivery experience with customer-facing web applications

• Comfortable operating in Agile environments

• Experience in leading changes in technology, processes, or methodologies

• Hands-on experience with AI or ML tools

• Solid grasp of cloud-native architecture, AWS, and distributed systems

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language

• Strong understanding of system design and software engineering principles

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, observability, and secure production systems
