• Direct the Asset Maintenance and Replacement Program
• Supervise the management of the client's integrated capital asset portfolio
• Ensure financial accuracy in tracking asset replacements and deferred maintenance
• Coordinate efforts with Corporate/Platform Engineering support teams
• Work in collaboration with senior leaders to align on data management, policies, and budgets
• Develop and provide guidance to management on strategies for managing asset replacement activities and deferred maintenance
• Establish and uphold a standardized asset inventory and condition assessment for all fixed assets within the Client's portfolio
• Oversee the maintenance and administration of the planning system
• Develop and sustain the control framework
• Supervise facility condition assessments
• Offer financial guidance and support to the Asset Chiefs
• Manage organizational records, process mapping, and documentation for assets
• Provide insights into the life expectancy of all building systems for budgeting needs
• Accountable for the consistency of financial reporting
• Present financial reports to Senior Leadership
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for maintenance reporting
• Ensure adherence to program-related policies and procedures
• Oversee training requirements for asset survey collection
• Promote continuous process and systems improvement within the Asset Maintenance and Replacement Program
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in asset management, operations, or a related field; OR a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to perform the required work
• Familiarity with facilities management practices and asset management principles
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards in maintenance and facilities management
• Proficiency with asset management tools
• Strong analytical and data management skills, along with excellent leadership, team management, and effective communication abilities
• Knowledge of computerized asset tracking/CMMS tools
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (approximately 15%)
