This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the program for Asset Maintenance and Replacement.
• Supervise the management of the client's comprehensive capital asset portfolio.
• Ensure fiscal integrity in monitoring asset replacements and deferred maintenance.
• Coordinate initiatives with Corporate/Platform Engineering support services.
• Partner with senior leadership to align data management, policies, and budget considerations.
• Formulate and advise management on strategies for managing asset replacement activities and deferred maintenance.
• Establish and sustain a standardized inventory and condition assessment of all fixed assets within the Client's portfolio.
• Oversee the maintenance and management of the planning system.
• Develop and uphold the control framework.
• Provide oversight for facility condition assessments.
• Offer financial guidance and support to the Asset Chiefs.
• Manage organizational records, process mapping, and documentation related to assets.
• Provide insights regarding the life expectancy of all building systems for budget planning.
• Accountable for consistency in financial reporting.
• Present financial reports to Senior Leadership.
• Create and implement policies and procedures for maintenance reporting.
• Ensure adherence to program-related policies and procedures.
• Oversee training needs for asset survey collection.
• Promote continuous improvement in processes and systems within the Asset Maintenance and Replacement Program.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of experience in asset management, operations, or a related area; or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill the required tasks.
• Familiarity with facilities management practices and principles of asset management.
• Experience with regulatory compliance and industry standards in maintenance and facilities management.
• Proficiency with asset management tools.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities, alongside excellent leadership, team management, and effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Understanding of computerized asset tracking/CMMS tools.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed (approximately 15%).
• Ability to work remotely and prioritize tasks effectively.
