Engineering Manager, Agentic Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of Forward Deployed Engineers across the EMEA region.

• Oversee the complete deployment process of North in both private cloud and on-premises settings.

• Assume responsibility for customer success from the technical implementation stage to delivery.

• Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to influence the delivery of AI solutions to enterprises.

• Provide mentorship to your team on cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, and enterprise-level deployments.

• Enhance performance for OpenSearch, databases, and various K8s services.

• Establish scaling guidelines for GPU and CPU computing resources.

• Develop processes and technologies that scale — our growth is rapid.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering with proven leadership capabilities.

• Practical experience in deploying enterprise software at scale.

• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (including Azure, AWS, GCP).

• Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, and CI/CD pipelines.

• High level of initiative — you proactively address challenges without waiting for approval.

• A proactive mindset — you take action and accomplish tasks efficiently.

• Experience in managing engineers within a dynamic, high-growth environment.

• Outstanding communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in additional European languages (preferred but not required).

• Background in AI/ML infrastructure (preferred but not required).

• Experience in enterprise security and compliance (preferred but not required).
