Engineering Manager, Advanced Signals

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• In the role of Engineering Manager for the Ads Advanced Signals Team at Reddit, you will lead a team dedicated to the APIs, integrations, and tools that facilitate both inbound and outbound signals for Reddit Ads, which includes supporting advertisers.

• Your main objective will be to enhance and expand the APIs, integrations, and tools that underlie Reddit’s off-platform signals ecosystem. This encompasses the collection of high-quality inbound signals and the delivery of outbound data products utilized by advertisers and partners to assess and optimize their performance.

• You will be responsible for executing your team’s roadmap and ensuring consistent and predictable delivery. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing planned projects alongside emerging requests.

• You will assist your engineers in identifying their career objectives and formulating development plans to reach them.

• Collaborating with your team, you will establish processes and tools that continuously enhance the quality of our products and systems, making sure they meet product specifications, customer expectations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

• You will act as a strategic partner to product management and senior leadership, ensuring that your team’s initiatives are aligned with the broader company objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in leading engineering teams and at least 5 years of experience as a software engineer.

• Background in the Ads domain.

• (Preferred) Experience in Ads domains utilizing conversion signals, signals integrations, mobile measurement partner integrations, and measurement vendor integrations.

• Proven experience collaborating with product managers and designers to create new products.

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to create and articulate a clear and compelling technical strategy that aligns with broader company goals and addresses the needs of internal stakeholders.
