Engineering Director – Corporate Giving

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead and establish the Corporate Giving engineering team

• Attract, nurture, and retain top engineering talent

• Engage directly in technical tasks

• Steer the technical vision for Corporate Giving

• Oversee the transition from the legacy disbursement system

• Sustain the technical expertise necessary to assess architectural choices

• Be accountable for delivery outcomes within the domain

• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, and enterprise partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 12 years of professional experience in software engineering

• At least 5 years in an engineering leadership role at the Director level or equivalent

• Proven experience in developing and scaling engineering organizations with multiple teams

• Capability to lead or co-lead a product roadmap in partnership with product leadership

• Strong technical credibility

• Proficient in TypeScript/Node.js and AWS serverless technologies

• Experienced with large-scale compliance initiatives (SOC 2, PCI-DSS, or similar)

• An AI-first mindset

• Excellent communication skills
