This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Delivering personalized coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching skills and abilities

• Interacting with members via Mento email or chat within the Mento App between sessions

• Being a vital part of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching resources and insights

• Demonstrating kindness, respect, and empathy as a representative of the Mento community

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience leading technical research teams in AI/ML organizations, health tech, space tech, or similar sectors

• A strong technical researcher or engineering manager with proficiency in both theoretical and applied AI/ML, large-scale modeling, computer science, or mathematical sciences

• Preferred candidates will have a record of research leadership including publications, patents, experience in top research institutions, and/or a PhD

• Commitment to dedicating at least 12+ hours each month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving startup environment

• A self-aware individual with a high emotional intelligence

• A strong passion for assisting individuals in advancing their careers and leading fulfilling lives
