Engineering Coach – Manager of Researchers

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.

📋 Description

• Establish one-on-one partnerships with our members to assist them in identifying and tracking specific goals.

• Deliver personalized coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engage in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching skills and abilities.

• Interact with members via your Mento email or through chat in the Mento App between sessions.

• Provide coaching tools and insights to improve coaching practices and support our mission of empowering individuals to excel in their careers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience leading technical research teams in AI/ML organizations, health tech, space tech, or related fields.

• Proficiency in both theoretical and practical aspects of AI/ML, large-scale modeling, computer science, or mathematical sciences.

• Preferred qualifications include publications, patents, leadership roles in prominent research organizations, and/or a PhD.

• Must be able to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for at least the next 24 months.
