Engineer, M365 Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute Thrive Projects for both new and existing clients.

• Oversee IT projects that involve Office 365 Email and Communication services, Microsoft Endpoint Management, as well as email migration among HEX, Exchange, O365, and Google environments.

• Collaborate with various computing environments across business clients.

• Analyze and document unfamiliar client environments to determine the most efficient path to project completion.

• Present implementation strategies during technical kickoffs, covering dependencies, requirements, potential conflicts, and testing procedures.

• Carry out engineering tasks under the guidance of Engineering Management and Project Managers, adhering to established project plans.

• Support the requirements for Support Handoff to ensure long-term maintenance by the Thrive Service Desk.

• Clearly and professionally communicate project plans, potential impacts, and testing procedures to customers.

• Efficiently track and manage time across multiple ongoing projects.

• Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, Deployment Engineers, and Thrive clients to achieve project objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Degree, or equivalent work experience.

• 2-4+ years of Administrative and/or Project experience with Windows Server and M365 Tenant Management.

• 2-4+ years of experience in workstation, network, and/or server support.

• Familiarity with monitoring and remote management tools.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Experience using ServiceNow (or other project management software) is preferred.

• Knowledge of ITIL methodology and change management processes is preferred.

• A proactive attitude towards enhancing team processes and contributing to team and company initiatives is preferred.
