This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• In the role of Engineer Lead, you will be integral to the front-line team providing production support for our client's operations team, managing incident response, and facilitating daily turnover activities.

• You will be instrumental in collaborating with cross-functional teams to restore services, communicate with clients, and drive the resolution of issues.

• Acknowledgment and resolution of incidents

• Client relationship management and communication

• Collaboration and escalation procedures

• Conducting testing and debugging processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of relevant experience

• Background in systematic applications

• Experience in production support

• Proficiency in Cobol programming

• Familiarity with EZTrieve

• Operations background is a plus

• Project management skills

• Proficient in In Sync / File Aid

• Experience with Endevor
