This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develops a technical roadmap for the platform and/or capability strategy and lifecycle, focusing on value-driven outcomes, maintenance costs, supportability, and performance.

• Ensures robust integration, data management, security, and business architecture design throughout all phases of the platform and/or capability lifecycle.

• Delivers and develops technical solutions promptly that align with business and/or platform objectives. Identifies and resolves technical challenges related to platform or capability systems, solutions, and services.

• Possesses knowledge of networking, identity access management, and information security tools.

• Fosters innovation and continuous enhancement of implementation methodologies and technical service offerings, informed by customer/employee experiences or other enterprise objectives/outcomes.

• Engages in a Community of Interest for engineers across all capability and platform teams to exchange information and enhance understanding of business needs and technology-driven business solutions.

• Cultivates and maintains extensive technical knowledge and expertise concerning domain area systems, solutions, services, and applications.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with the required AWS certifications.

• Over 10 years of infrastructure experience, including applied expertise in PeopleSoft.

• Strong knowledge of AWS, including certified services and cost optimization strategies within AWS and Oracle environments.

• Preferred experience with AI in the AWS/PeopleSoft ecosystem; deep familiarity with the latest PeopleSoft features (Insights, search indexes).

• Experience in troubleshooting PeopleSoft across Integration Broker, operating systems, networking, AWS Workspace, and information security.

• Expertise in supporting internal and external audits and leading information security initiatives.

• Demonstrated ability in performance tuning, resolving slow processes, and managing enterprise integration/interfaces using Agile methodologies.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, communication, documentation, training, and availability for on-call/after-hours support.
