Engineer II, IAM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develops a technical roadmap for the platform and/or capability strategy and lifecycle.

• Ensures effective integration, data, security, and business architecture design at all phases.

• Delivers rapid development and deployment of technical solutions.

• Identifies and resolves technical challenges.

• Drives innovation and continuous improvement in implementation methodologies and technical service offerings.

• Engages in a Community of Interest for engineers.

• Cultivates and maintains extensive technical expertise related to domain area systems, solutions, services, and applications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in effectively managing Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP) and Domain Name System (DNS).

• More than 2 years of previous experience overseeing identity and access management (IAM) systems.

• Proficient in troubleshooting intricate system integrations.

• Capable of leading and executing the iterative migration of on-premises Active Directory environments to Microsoft Entra ID.

• Proven experience in assessing and documenting existing Active Directory dependencies.

• Established experience in designing and implementing Entra ID architecture.

• Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
