Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Evaluate incident circumstances against the estimated work to determine if the damage may be connected to the incident.

• Assess estimated costs to ensure they are fair and reasonable.

• Verify that estimates align with customer-specific rates if a network repairer has been assigned.

• Adjust estimates to reflect customer-specific rates when a network repairer is involved.

• Negotiate with non-network repairers to reduce inflated costs.

• Authorize repair-related work associated with incidents to repairers.

• Accurately assess vehicle values for total loss situations.

• Background in engineering along with body shop experience.

• Proficiency in using Audatex and the Case Management System.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
