Engine Field Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide dependable troubleshooting, repair, and overhaul solutions for a diverse array of Cummins products, ensuring optimal equipment uptime and performance.

• Support various industries (On-Highway, Off-Highway, Industrial, Rail, Marine, Powergen) by maintaining essential systems and reducing operational interruptions.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients and promptly addressing their requirements.

• Utilize specialized diagnostic instruments and adhere to standardized processes to guarantee efficient, precise, and high-quality repairs.

• Conduct preventative maintenance to enhance equipment longevity, minimize breakdowns, and boost overall reliability.

• Identify and communicate potential additional service opportunities, providing value for customers and fostering business expansion.

• Keep accurate and timely records (service reports, timesheets, warranty claims), ensuring compliance and transparency.

• Promote a safe working environment by strictly following Health, Safety & Environmental policies and escalating issues as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical training (e.g., Engine Technician, Automotive Technician, or a similar qualification).

• Initial hands-on field service experience and a solid understanding of engine systems.

• Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel for service assignments.

• Strong customer orientation with a dependable and service-focused working style.
