This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Ensure the technical documentation for the project is completed.
• Manage the Document Lists of contracts that will support the project according to contractual requirements, with an emphasis on planning and controlling the approval workflow integrated with the project schedule.
• Oversee the flow of responses to technical inquiries as described in the contractual appendices.
• Administer interfaces with responsible areas, focusing on controlling the technical documentation of the project and addressing outstanding issues to facilitate project development.
• Prepare management presentations and reports.
• Conduct critical analysis of CLIENT comments on documents, concentrating on the contracted scope.
• Plan, participate in, and lead technical project meetings, documenting meeting minutes.
• Support field oversight administration with all necessary technical documentation for executing activities.
• Ensure the creation of data books for the contracts.
• Develop, analyze, and manage actions related to engineering action plans.
• Provide technical support for analyzing RO, letters, and other types of correspondence outlined in the contract.
• Engage in technical interfaces with the FPSO contract, Anchoring and Flexibles, and other aspects pertinent to the project.
• Evaluate and issue reports on the quality of evidence presented by the EPCI contractor to support the measurement of engineering services under the EPCI contract and other relevant contracts.
• Provide technical comments on engineering documents.
• Participate in meetings with companies involved in contracts that will support the project.
• Proactively ensure that all requirements of the contractual appendices are met.
• Monitor the acquisition and installation process of Anchoring Assets.
• Oversee the acquisition and installation process of Flexibles/Umbilicals.
• Experience in submarine systems projects.
• Knowledge of API-2SK.
• Proficiency in the MS-Office Suite.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in offshore production development projects or in the SURF/SPS industry.
• Higher education degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Naval, Petroleum, Materials, or Metallurgical Engineering.
