Engenheiro de Software FullStack Sênior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop complete functionalities, working from the backend to the frontend, overseeing the entire development cycle until production.

• Lead technical initiatives from solution design to delivery, breaking down requirements, implementing, testing, and conducting rollouts in production.

• Enhance React applications and Node.js services, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.

• Advance the platform architecture (monolith and/or microservices), balancing short-term decisions with long-term sustainability.

• Build resilient integrations using strategies such as retries, timeouts, idempotence, circuit breakers, and fallbacks.

• Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and adherence to engineering best practices.

• Support the production environment by investigating incidents, suggesting improvements, and participating in postmortems.

• Utilize AI tools as part of the development process to enhance productivity, quality, and delivery speed.

• Mentor less experienced developers and actively collaborate on the technical growth of the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and frameworks such as NestJS and/or Express.

• Good experience with React and modern web application development.

• Ability to develop complete end-to-end functionalities, transitioning between frontend and backend autonomously.

• Knowledge of software architecture, REST APIs, messaging, integrations, and distributed systems.

• Experience with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL, including modeling and query optimization.

• Experience with automated testing, observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting in production.

• Familiarity with AI development tools (AI First), using them as a part of the daily workflow.

• Good communication skills, sense of responsibility, autonomy, and ease of collaboration with other developers.

• Proficiency in English (level 4).
