This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services;

• Implement automated tests (unit, mock, and end-to-end) to ensure code quality;

• Evolve and maintain the system architecture by applying best practices in modularity and design;

• Monitor and optimize the performance of systems in production;

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver solutions aligned with business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in backend development using Ruby on Rails;

• Knowledge of relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL;

• Hands-on experience in developing automated tests (unit, mock, end-to-end);

• Familiarity with Sidekiq for asynchronous processing;

• Understanding software architecture, including Clean Architecture, Clean Code, SOLID principles, OOP, and Design Patterns.
