This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance the Dev Center portal;

• Implement improvements in tools and workflows for Developer Experience utilized by multiple teams;

• Contribute to the creation and advancement of clear, simple, and adoptable Golden Paths for development;

• Reduce recurring friction in the development journey, facilitating a smoother technical experience;

• Produce technical documentation that aids in onboarding and the correct use of the platform;

• Gradually evolve in autonomy and technical responsibility for shared solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a Front-end Developer (Mid-level or equivalent) in Developer Experience teams, platforms, or enabling teams;

• Proficiency in React;

• Strong technical foundation in software development and experience in building tools;

• A strong interest and motivation to work in internal platform or Developer Experience contexts, with an understanding that the end client will be the internal developer;

• Skill in technical documentation and standardizing workflows;

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and automation of development workflows.
