📋 Description

• Translate business demands into data engineering problems and solutions.

• Design, develop, and implement scalable and resilient data pipelines.

• Build and maintain processes for data ingestion, transformation, and availability.

• Ensure quality, performance, and governance of implemented solutions.

• Participate in defining data engineering architectures and standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support data-driven initiatives.

• Conduct troubleshooting and optimize data processes and environments.

• Serve as a technical reference for the team, guiding architectural decisions and best practices.

• Mentor less experienced professionals, fostering the technical growth of the team.

• Lead the design and evolution of data engineering solutions aligned with business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in Data Engineering.

• Proficiency in **PySpark** for distributed data processing.

• Experience with **Apache Airflow** for pipeline orchestration.

• Knowledge of **Amazon EMR**.

• Experience with **Kubernetes**-based environments.

• Familiarity with **Apache Kafka** for data processing and integration.

• Mastery of **SQL**.

• Understanding of **Software Engineering**, including best development practices, version control, and Clean Code principles.

• Experience in architecting and implementing data solutions in corporate environments.

• Ability to mentor and develop teams.

• Skill in providing technical guidance and knowledge dissemination.

• Positive influence on technical decision-making.

• Experience with AWS cloud environments.

• Knowledge of Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and modern data architectures.
