Engenheiro Civil – Terraplenagem

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• This professional will be responsible for the design, modeling, volume calculations, and technical detailing of earthmoving projects for high-complexity vertical residential developments.

• Ensure logistically viable and economically efficient solutions, strategically focusing on optimizing the cut/fill balance and enabling underground levels.

• Develop and model earthworks projects for residential towers, taking into account access points, slopes, platforms, and the geometry and logistics of excavating for underground areas.

• Conduct detailed mass studies aimed at minimizing off-site disposal costs and borrowing earth materials.

• Prepare service notes, cross-sections, longitudinal profiles, and explanatory technical reports.

• Coordinate earthworks projects with geotechnical, infrastructure, and structural elements, and conduct occasional technical site visits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Established experience - 10 years of experience - in developing earthworks projects for vertical condominium complexes with multiple towers.

• Advanced knowledge of Civil 3D.

• Availability for activities during business hours.
